酒店不错，服务还是可以的不像传言的那么差。但是的确需要提高，不然~~~!另外，没有汽车的朋友还是不要选择该酒店。的确，没有汽车你们出行比较不便！
给酒店几点建议，
1、早餐配送到房间（很多度假别墅酒店的惯例）
2、房间内安排一些餐具，便于客人和访客聚餐

景色没得说，一个好，但景色不能当饭吃，硬件也不错，还有spa
但是服务太差了，还不如客栈；周围没有地方去很偏僻
我和LG住了一天别墅，开空调要了半小时，想喝酒叫冰块也是打倒前台，餐饮部来回推卸责任不肯解决；要叫个机动车也是等了半小时
早餐晚餐几乎没得啥好吃，酒店方为了省钱，还都是用的是纳西族人，中文也听不太懂，并且也没有制服，没有服务意识，一个草根酒店，不知道怎么评上五星的，晕
