酒店环境一流，在房间的大院子喝茶聊天泡温泉，写意至极～酒店配的4种茶都非常不错。不足是床偏软，稍觉不舒服。可能当初定位是面向外国人，现在入住的都是中国人。

非常差的酒店，房间没有热水，打电话给前台答复马上解决，结果半个小时内打了五六通电话都没有用，后来又说热水器坏了，说没有房换，叫我们去其他房间冲凉，结果又等了半个多小时，催了不知道多少遍，终于来人，来的人吊儿郎当，连句客气话都知道说，更别提道歉，这破酒店我是不会住第二回，而且我也不会让我们集团公司所有员工住悦榕庄的所有关联酒店。
