前台服务很好、记得当晚抵店是凌晨一点多了、前台值夜班的小姑娘依旧很热情、帮我们很快的C/I、虽然不知道名字，但是在一个陌生的城市有这么热情服务还真的少见、只记得戴个眼镜、圆脸；还告诉我们周边一些好吃好玩的攻略，真的挺感谢她的.中间我们退房去了香格里拉，后来返回丽江时依旧选择回到幸福里，因为这里住着有家的温暖。自己也做酒店的AM，前台这服务绝对算星级的，下次去丽江依旧会选择幸福里。小小建议：房间卫生间没有换气扇，希望改进。

酒店的位置还是有点偏的，在丽江的别墅区，在城内打车一般都不愿意来，只能打滴滴。客房内卫浴用的是toto整体来说还挺不错，复式双床房少了餐桌，自己做饭酒店需要加收50块钱的费用，而且餐具不是特别方便，不是特别介意使用，如果需要前往古城可以在门口坐四路公交车到忠义市场下，但是晚上收车比较早，滴滴打车晚上回来大约20，白天大约14左右，不过我们住的那间房间厕所的门又问题，锁上之后要半天才能打开。

厕所无通风设备，有异味，同伴的另一间房间的厕所更是塞了，酒店最后也没解决好，扔下个厕所泵就走了。。311房的冰箱有一股很浓的馊味，放在橱柜上供客人用的咖啡杯和勺子也是油油的，好恶心。楼道走廊很脏，楼梯间还布满了蜘蛛网。热水器的水要么就过热，要么就过冷。反正下次再也不会在这住了。
