先说酒店的环境很好，位置也不错，就在古城口，进出都很方便！客房服务人员略冷淡，但是服务不错，我带了小朋友，入住后主动配好了牙刷和拖鞋，要的枕头和被子也及时送到！在网上看评论说行李员不给提行李，走的时候也没提要求，可是行李员主动帮我把行李搬上车，送出去，应该是酒店对住客的评价很重视！最后我连住3天还送了免费送机，临行还送了纪念品，总体感觉想把酒店做好，大部分人都很努力，多点笑容才好！早餐还可以就是水果放在户外，冬天有些凉，餐厅人员依旧无笑脸！不过总体推荐，不错的！
