上月27日入住的，总台姑娘周到细心，看我与孩子出门提醒要带伞，果真在逛街的时候就遇上了大雨；另外我们所见到的停车场保安、房间服务员、餐厅服务员都很好。虽然只住一天，但也是带着满意离开的。下次来肯定还会住该酒店，也会介绍别人入住。

酒店应该是当地一个比较老牌的酒店了，硬件设施比较一般，看得出年代有点长了。但是！服务意识和水准绝对不输五星级酒店。因为旅游期间我夫人身体不适，原定去香格里拉的行程有变动，她独自一人提前入住酒店，客房部在春节旅游旺季期间依然想尽办法帮她协调房间，提供帮助，而且提供了最优惠的价格。在餐饮方面，我夫人因为不熟悉当地食物的口味点了比较辣的东西，酒店餐饮部在得知她身体不适且已经吃过的情况下主动免费更换口味清淡的食物，令我们很感动，这就是宾客至上的感觉。酒店位置方面，地处新城区，离美食一条街花马街和大研古镇都不远，步行十几分钟就能到，而且路对面就是机场民航大巴，相距大概200米。而且每天酒店都会根据客人入住时间的长短赠送各式小礼物和小点心，贴心暖心。丽江金泉酒店是我们春节全家出游最大的收获和最满意的酒店！
