我们11月7日入住和玺酒店，通过携程交费预定了四天四间大床房，只有2123符合要求，其余三间的大床是由两个小床合拼而成的，属于严重欺诈！11月8日上午我们要求退房，结果携程同酒店商议，只同意退我们后两天的房款，对此严重损害消费者权益的行为，我们强烈抗议，要求退回我们三天的房款！ 订单:2766523846
