酒店位置特别正，酒店的服务很不错。不管是前台服务人员还是客房服务人员都很耐心。仔细观察的话，前台有很多好物。特别感谢前台Lucy,人很热情，帮忙询问做核酸的时间。还帮忙延迟退房，服务特别人性化。

值得一提的是前台的服务很不错，特别表扬前台Lucy，人很热情，帮忙延迟退房。还有一位帮我退房的姑娘，应该是叫小群吧。给我送了防疫口罩，让我们注意防护，口罩很用心，很不错。唯一不足的是，酒店设施老了，其它都很不错，继续保持。

酒店不错的，地理位置距离古城1.5公里。酒店隔壁就是小吃街，去丽江还是住这种品牌连锁好过民宿。工作人员非常热情！还送了口罩防身 哈哈！值得推荐！

酒店有一个很大的停车场，一下车就有工作人员帮忙拉行李箱点赞。办理入住前台很专业，服务特别热情。房间干净整洁很希尔顿，有健身房。希尔顿值得信赖。

停车方便，碰到的两位停车场大叔都很敬业，不但指挥停车而且还帮提行李。前台有问必答，十分耐心，退房时还赠送我们口罩。餐厅口味不错，我们连续吃了两晚，就是感觉服务员工作时长有点长，晚上八九点才结束晚餐第二天一早又在忙了。整天感觉很好，不愧为希尔顿酒店品牌。

酒店服务特别好，位置也好，早餐是自助餐，品种很多，就是人很多，餐厅服务员也很忙碌，入住办理的很快，入住酒店需要登记，虽然有点浪费时间，但是，也都能理解。房间很干净，有一个眼睛大大的扎辫子客房工作人员好像是叫Appe的，很亲切，值得表扬??不厌其烦的帮我们送东西。会推荐这家酒店的。
