客栈的位置和环境都不错，尤其是别致的小院。不过我们住一楼有蚊子。特别值得一提是服务，真的不错，有个肥仔很热心。另外当时因为客栈以为发票是携程提供，回来后问携程又说是客栈负责，我打电话去客栈沟通，可能是老板娘接电话的，很痛快答应快递给我了。

시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 일하는 직원들도 친절하고.ㅎ
다만~ 이곳과 관계된 한국 사람들은 별로내요~ 중국어가 하나도 안되서 돈 좀 더 들더라도 현지 한국인 안내를 필요로 하는 분이라면 도움될지도 모르겠네요~
빵차 예약 도움 좀 받으려했더니 현지에서 바로 구할 수 있는 가격의 2배를 후려치네요. ㅉㅉㅉ 중국말 못 하는 한국사람들을 봉으로 아나...먹고 살기 힘들어 보이지도 않더구만 당신들 너무 했어~

丽江之行我们一家人全部住在和天下客栈，老板是位东北美女，服务很好。在第一天我所在标准房间发现所有窗户无法开启透气后免费帮我升级成为家庭房，在以后几天旅游过程中，热心帮我们解答了很多旅游问题，提供了不少帮助。此外酒店所在位置不错，比较安静 环境和设施也还行，就是卫生打扫还需及时。总体满意！

和天下位置较为清净，店主人是位亲切热心的美女，对游客的要求和困难总是尽可能迅速响应处理，真不错！

客栈就在古城内，玩耍吃饭都很方便。客栈内的人待人都很热情，接机、送行、帮忙联系纯玩团、帮忙解决问题…退房和发车时间没接上，也帮我们找房间休息，住的很舒心…束河，我还会再来。

酒店还是很不错的，地理位置也好，老板也比较热情服务也是很好的，值得推荐一下。如果是第一次来的话，可以考虑住在这里。
