很好的识别出会员，前台非常热情礼貌，酒店不大，作为ihg旗下精品酒店，与古城的融合恰到好处，房间设施现代化程度非常高，停车健身等设施和对面洲际共享。很多人一直犹豫英迪格和洲际到底选住哪家，就我个人而言我会选择英迪格，因为这是丽江所特有的，下次还会选择住上几天。

入住的套房，还带一个小院子，可以坐在院子里舒服的晒太阳。房间设施很新也算齐全。酒店服务特舒心，前台和服务人员态度都很亲切，而且整理客房的时候特别贴心的会根据需要多给用品。
虽然酒店的设施和餐饮并不多，但是考虑到可以使用对面洲际的，就也没有太大问题了。
