酒店硬件设施不错，但在丽江古城整体来说性价比不高。酒店除了硬件设施好以外，什么都不提供。没有地图，没有电脑。服务态度很是很被动。有什么问题提出来都是没有。。。住在酒店除了能吃到早餐。睡的舒服些，其他都没有了。入住3天以上才接机，5天以上才送机。。有点勉强。。

酒店房间实际比照片的小，但还算整潔及舒适*床宽大的可睡5个人!离古城十分近出行方便! 早餐是星级酒店水准*

不错，古城里五星级标准，内部豪华、干净，设备齐全，洗护用品质量好，还有赠送水果、点心、牛奶，接送机服务方便！唯一不好的是答应并免费送我们去了拉市海一个骑马地点，我们自己在景点现买骑马票花了6、7百，结果回来后一问旅行社来回车费+餐费+骑马+划船全下来一人才80~120元，结果多花了几百，还玩的不好，酒店应该知道也没提醒一下，挺郁闷！建议大家可跟团去拉市海！

酒店总体不错，比较满意。就是有的房间比较小，还有餐厅不提供晚餐，让出门游玩一天的回来还要出去找饭馆，不太方便。
