第一，我们两个人错过了航班，已经预定了当天晚上入住，起初给同程打电话询问可否退款，但不可以，然后厚着脸皮给客栈老板打电话说我们错过航班了怎么办，老板说现在不是旺季房间不紧张，可以免费给我们保留到第二天晚上使用，好人啊老板！br第二，我们下了飞机距离客栈还是比较远的，打车不划算，提前联系了客栈，老板说可以安排车子来接我们，收费也合理！br第三，到了客栈楼下给管家打电话，管家亲自下来接我们的，还主动帮我们拿行李，补充一句，美女管家！br第四，我们有朋友大研古镇里面开酒吧，晚上就直接去嗨了，临近晚上12点还微信联系我们，询问我们是否安全，迷路没有，大写的赞！

设施真的不好，很旧，下水道不通洗澡到处都是水，不过接待的人还是很热情，外卖很方便，到客栈走一个上坡但是外卖还是送到门口，很好

丽江古城客栈式的特色，环境很好！卫生和装饰都很好的！服务态度很好！有一点就是从古城进出总是要爬狮子山！累！
