09年去丽江时入住了这家酒店，当时叫新森龙大酒店，因为内部设施不错所以这次帮朋友订了，可没想到在入住时前台居然说她们只接团队，没接到这种个人的订单！跟她讨伐了半天，后来还是打电话给艺龙解决的，而且前台的人态度很不好，这样的服务水平，内部设施再好以后也不来住了！

硬件条件还是可以的,房间也还大,还有电脑.但是在丽江只有几度的天气,竟然连空调也没有开,让人受不了,冷得不行,真是受罪,500多一晚真不值得.

这家酒店的环境硬件设施都还不错，位置也很好，房间的配置也挺好的，整体看来有五星级的标准，服务比较一般，不是很人性化，价格稍微有些偏高。其它都很好值得推荐入住的酒店。
