酒店的地理位置相当不错，属于去哪都方便的中心区域，离祥和商业广场和大研古城都只有1.5公里，周围公交车站也比较多，拉市海、束河古镇都可坐公交直达，尤其值得一提的是酒店附近有一家叫"凡小面”的面馆(地处阿丹阁大酒店对面)，环境卫生，价格公道，味道鲜美，是吃早餐的不二选择。酒店工作人员服务周到，热情，唯一的缺点是虽是新开不久的酒店，但设施这一块略欠维护，被子稍厚，提出更换薄被，酒店备货略显不足。
