因为某些原因，没能按时入住，退订的订单又延时了，店家误会我要入住，打了好几个电话确认，态度很热情，感觉不错，是用心在服务的商家。与此鲜明对比的是同在束河的丽江瑞景纳精品客栈，因为是艺龙团购的原因吗？打电话预约时，态度极其恶劣，说房间未来几天都没有，还说风凉话，说时间到12月31日前，可以慢慢住，后来又改口说，必须到店加100元现金，可以住个旁边的雪景房，一副施舍的口吻，我据理力争当时网页上明明写的是8月31日前需加100元，为什么9月份了还要加？！结果店家的理由是网页搞错了，要住就必须得加钱，还忽悠我先把验证码发给她，这不是大忽悠吗？大家千万要注意，丽江瑞景纳，不要上当受骗！！！
