房间小，我住的顶楼是斜顶，是石膏板封的，白天太阳晒的很热，还有一处漏缝，电视、空调、马桶、都不能用，这个价格也只能这样了！

老板比较热情，就是入住时赶上空调维修用不了，有点热。热水器出水量小，可能是四楼的原因

别墅改为客房，别墅区里安静，开的樱花很美，服务员态度好，卫生间很大，周边各类餐厅较齐全，离丽江客运站很近，就是住四楼没有电梯，楼梯窄。

很差，难找，在小区内，就一家庭房。同程上订的是一个名。到店是另一个名字，同程的驻地经理审核极不严格，这方面需要加强。并且入住时无电，到23点还无电经沟通无效不给退房。与同程客服电话亦己担保不准退房
