酒店总体来说还是不错的，我喜欢那个落地窗。真的特别喜欢那种感觉，但是有一点我一直想不明白，我在携程上面定的是在古城里面，但是前台给我打电话说是在古城外面，这个让我有点搞不懂。

还可以，服务挺好的！房间可以看到玉龙雪山，但是不在古城内哦，可以免费送去古城，前台态度很好！就是有点不开心的是我们没开封的东西却要我们付钱，麻烦服务员检查房间的时候仔细点不要把上次看漏了的算到我们头上！整体是不错的，房间视野很好。

生平第一次给差评、真的、用了几年的艺龙真心觉得服务管理有问题、首先地理位置找不到、酒店给的位置是错的、害我找了2个小时不说、可恶的是给的电话还是停机、最后是艺龙客服帮我联系到的、找了3个小时才找到酒店位置、最后更可恨的是房间还弄错了、去到710、**里面居然有人住里面、心中一万只曹**、等了十几分种才有人来处理、真心太不靠谱了

酒店不错，环境都很好，房间也大，虽然在古城外，但有车免费送到古城！唯一不足早晨起来没热水，估计太阳能的缘故！
