丽江古城竹苑酒店地处古城中心地带，本应利用地理优势把酒店经营为丽江的金牌酒店。但这酒店除接机的小伙子非常优秀外，其余堪称是丽江最差。

我是1月12日入住三天，天气冷，房间冷，晚上8点有中央空调，大约只给三个小时左右，而且感觉不到暖和；尚好有电褥子，可以勉强暂住；早饭不热，有的是温的，有的是凉的，吃的很不舒服；前台的两名服务员，态度冷淡，说话办事的方式都不替客人着想，看到这一男一女两名服务员的脸，再也不愿去这家客店；唯一让人欣慰的是，司机挺好的，服务及时，态度温和，值得表扬。

起初到那里印象很好，首先有专车来机场接机，而且是大众桑塔纳，到了酒店也觉得环境不错，我们选了比较靠里安静点的标准间，大概三星级标准，有一次水果面包送，总体感觉还挺干净的，但唯一有点不足就是空调，他们那边早晚很冷，可空调开得很吝啬。电热毯半夜感觉很干很烫，会不舒服，所以都不会去用。所以需要改善的就是空调问题，早餐将就点吃，一般吧,东西不多。性价比差不多，地理位置不错，就在古镇停车场旁边。

酒店服务还行,有接车和送车服务,并且还有免费送2个景点服务.房间也挺舒服,但是房间太吵了,隔明不好,晚上刚睡着又给吵醒了,但想着有送机服务,就凑和着继续住了几天
