我第三次入住这酒店，之前入住的各方面感觉都不错，所以这次才带父母选择入住这里。没想到让我如此失望。首先我25号下午六点入住的，酒店前台服务小姐态度极为不友善，看我们三人入住像是干嘛似的！我们三人入住你照说应该给两张房卡，却给我一张房卡，后来我到前台再要，她还是不给，给我一张取电卡！第二：请看图片，酒店时间也没多久，可是进房间却让我觉得一股陈旧的味道，洗手间的门漆都已经烂掉，洗澡房洗澡时的水大量往外排，导致外面全是水。你们是全球连锁酒店，客人入住这里大多数都是因为你们的品牌和服务，但如果你们连最基本的员工培训意识都没有，客人为何要选择你们这里？旁边的君悦酒店比你们更新，品牌比你们更好。请你们培训好员工，重新检查房间漏洞和已陈旧的设备。没有一个客人是愿意花钱受气之后还会再次选择入住的！！
