7日上午前台大堂副理态度非常恶劣，我去登记时，前台接待说要等一个多小时才能入住，我是在网上定的，因为我有很多行礼要放在房间，就问了前台一句可以退订不，那个大堂副理脸色很难看地跑过去叫前台服务员把我刷了押金的单子抓过去，也没问我一句，直接就把押金单给撤消了，还叫我自己去联系网定平台，太可恶了。我也是开酒店的，这种大堂副理是对酒店的不负责任。让我对这个酒店的印象大打折扣。

很不错的酒店，离束河古镇很近，酒店会有马车送客人到古镇门口，一路上慢慢的，晃悠晃悠很有意思。到大研古城也不远，坐车十几分钟就到了。景色很美的酒店，天气好的时候可以看到雪山。

酒店位置极佳，订的别墅院子，推开卧室门即可见到玉龙雪山一角，设施简约干净、浴室和客厅都大，院子里泡茶、看书、晒太阳，惬意极了。到涑河古镇步行10分钟，出行方便又远离喧嚣，适合度假休憩。这家铂尔曼强烈推荐住别墅院子，性价比不错。
