这个酒店在束河小巷子里面，朋友推荐不错才定的。顺便定的接机，一直送到酒店门口，价格比市场价贵很多。到的时候是大半夜，酒店有帮忙开着地暖，所以也不太冷。后来发现洗澡的时候，地漏有问题。最搞的是check in的时候已经把接机费付了，check out 的时候又问我要！然后查交接本，打电话，才弄清楚这个事！忍不住想吐槽一句，系统是用来干嘛的？话说收了钱都不入系统的！难道前台员工在吃钱？当然这不关我事！

从束河北门广场一路走进来被老房子的装修吸引了，看房询价后立刻入住。酒店装修很别致，细节多，很干净，房间有地暖，服务态度也很好。下次来束河还要再住这间。

住了三天，根本就不主动给你更换厕所卫生纸和牙刷，房间电话根本没有办法和总台服务和客服中心联系，经常打总机也没有人接。套房的无限??特别差，基本没有。

心目中一直很想尝试体验的客栈，房间、环境不错，但前台的服务实在生硬、冷漠，没有行李员，完全没有体会到客栈如家的感觉，少许失望！
