总体感觉挺高档的酒店，旅游出来能住到这样的酒店，感觉很棒，整体设施高大上。像我们北方人有地暖很舒服。飞机晚点5个小时，司机小哥很耐心的接待我们，推荐大家来住。

酒店在古城里，离南门很近，院落很大，内有乾坤，花草宜人，很舒服。自家的餐厅烧烤加涮锅，味道好滴很。中青旅旗下酒店房间内硬件高，有自动马桶，酒店性价比高。店员服务热情周到，好酒店值得强烈推荐！

第一次去云南丽江，考虑到带孩子和老人所以选择住宿必须出行方便，环境要好，服务热情，最后选了山水酒店（超赞）。出行前一天客服联系我们确认航班安排接机，没想到我问题太多太多，问的我自己都不好意思了，而客服耐心回答并给出合理的建议。出行当天由于航空管制延误1·5小时，司机耐心等待并把我们送到店，因为是古镇里面的酒店不能开车，步行400米左右，我
们4个大箱子还有两个孩子, 还安排了最安静的房间，服务真的很用心！我们主要休闲游，事先没有行程规划，在这里特别感谢小梁经理的建议，吃，游都非常好，还去大理逛了一圈，真的特别感谢，下次有机会一定还选这家酒店！
