酒店位置比想象还偏僻，是一片别墅区，荒凉，好像没有几家住户入住。有商务车免费接机，赞。提供短途出行用车。房间热水太慢，龙头打开好久才有热水，儿子洗澡时等了十几分钟还没有热水，都冷得感冒了！配套设施不行。管家态度好，笑容可掬，赞。

很美的独栋别墅，环境优美安静。当时订的房间房卡有问题，老板主动热情地为我们换了更棒的欧美风顶级别墅，早上我们七点退房，大冬天的老板天没亮六点就到别墅外面为我们办退房手续。很感动老板的细心服务。唯一的不足是束河古镇天气比大研古镇冷，交通也没大研古镇方便。

由于工作原因，平时经常跟五星酒店打交道，所以每次一出门，吃的无所谓，住所一定要好才行。这是第N次去丽江，纯玩，便在网上搜到这家客栈，一看好评如潮，抱着试一试的态度入住。真心不错！无论硬件设施，还是软件服务，都堪称五星级。我们住的纳西风格06房，躺在床上直接看玉龙雪山，房间里还有个很漂亮的飘窗。服务好的没话说，从接待部充满活力的小何，到颜值爆表的大堂李经理，再到我们别院负责值夜班的小李（随口问小李一个问题，他当时回答不上来，我们都忘了。一会儿他上百度搜出来了，还专门来回答我们），包括做清洁的阿姨，每个人都很友好和热情。已和朋友约好，下次来还住这里。
