前台服务热情。但是酒店房间水平真不值那么贵，即使在旺季。580一天的所谓豪华房装修一般，房间小，热水忽冷忽热，旁边晚上吵，住得憋屈。老板比较年轻，装作一副牛逼的样子，看着就没什么档次。这样的水平还不如在古城随便找个一百多的客栈。总之不推荐入住。

推荐！观景挺不错，房间很大，提前一个月订的房，观景台可以看丽江全貌，酒吧，吃饭，住宿齐全，距离丽江古城主要景点都挺近的

酒店位置很好'就在四方街向狮子山方向上去一点，有个不错的小院子和观景台，房间不大但有特色，设施挺齐全的，床很舒服。老板昨天还带我们出去吃了好吃的冷面，并没有硬留我们在客栈消费，感觉很舒服。

虽然房间少，我们定特价房，房间有点问题。但是工作人员很热情的帮我们换房了。在丽江，这个客栈算不错了。

非常有特色的客栈，在古城内，我们带了好多行李，叫了三轮车，可以看到四方街的全景。价格稍贵

酒店很冷，空调不给力，只能吹到床的边缘，房价偏高，388还是团购价，若是直接在**上面定要580.不值这个价位。订的蜜月观景大床房，但是根本在房间里面观不到景，外面那么冷，客栈竟然还要求不能在房间里面吃饭，我都快冻病了。

服务超好，前台和义工小伙伴们就像一家人一样，陪我逛街找各种好吃的，房间很舒服啊，空调加电热毯这个冬天一点不冷，可惜行程有限，下次还住这里。

1. 位置太高，如果有行李箱，不建议住。太不方便。而且酒店没有人帮您提行李。
2. 价格不太实惠。丽江同等条件客栈，这家算偏贵的；
3. 卫生间没有门。半隔断，挺不自在的。
