前台有一名服务人员态度极其恶劣 应该是前台管事儿的 1.询问包车车型 回答语气特别恶劣2.离店索要住宿费增值税专用发票 说没有 还很理直气壮 我觉得可以和有关税务部门核实一下 这家酒店是不是有偷税漏税的情况 综上所述 应该对前台人员严肃处理 她不配在前台做服务人员 我们不会再推荐其他人员来此住宿 差评！！！

通过朋友推荐以及看到评论效应都颇好，于是很坚定地选择了该客栈，原本是订了四天的，后两天客房满就只订了两天，本来满心期待的，后来入住后还是略为失望，并非如评论上说的那么好，二楼的水好小，庆幸只是住了两晚。

酒店的地理位置和观景视野绝对一流 纳西小伙特别热情 帮忙拿行李（很重的 拉杆箱一路手提怕磨坏客人的箱子）特负责任 早餐也很好
