酒店环境好，装修古色古香，木质结构很有特色，接待的旅行助理磊子非常热心负责任，不仅帮助从火车站接待，还给出中肯的游玩建议避免不必要的开销，还给出了地图标注，吃喝游玩路线，酒店地理位置方便，给酒店和磊子点赞

服务超级好，每个房间都会配一个管家。我们的管家凌子很好，在古城里哪里走迷路了发个微信给她，马上就出来找我们，带我们去想去的地方，省时又方便，就是辛苦管家了，很满意。
