位置在市中心，周围繁华交通也方便，离丽江古城徒步15分钟就到，刚到酒店时2楼客房的服务员拿着一大堆床单，在狭窄的楼道碰面，在我的旁边把床单扔到一楼，很多空地方非要在我旁边扔下去。像迷宫一样做两次电梯，刚到屋子里，服务员问我用不用打扫，看样子也没打扫，床罩好像多少年没用过似的，边黄黄的变色了，要求换别的也不给换。晚上看见外面很多狗叫声，又听见人的哭叫声。住四楼有些担心害怕半夜有人爬进来。淋浴间的玻璃胶变黑色，4星级屋内还有保险柜，宽敞，安静。免费的早餐丰富，只不过餐厅窗户开着，有的凉了。前台的服务员态度很好。

酒店位置好，周边吃饭购物方便，房间装陈旧，有中央空调，但酒店不开，晚上睡觉冷。卫生一般，早餐简单，为节电白天公共区域通道都不开灯，又很狭长，感觉很不舒服，望改进。
