服务真是非常好，只是室内泳池由于没多少客人用，水温居然不加热，14度，真是要人命。其他都非常好，是个不错值得推荐的酒店

以前都是住在古城里面，这次住了一个古城外面的，大港旺宝服务特别贴心，入住的时候有妹子帮忙拿行李，晚上睡觉的时候还送热牛奶过来，房间还有加湿器，这些小细节让人感觉特别暖心，第二天上午去机场的时候在前台退房，前台工作人员知道我订的是无早的房间，还特意给我送了两个面包，服务太周到细致了！！酒店里风景也特别漂亮，下次去丽江还会入住大港！

很温馨。在机场就接到酒店的电话， 关切的问候，细心的叮嘱。在得知我全家出行，行李较多，又飞机晚点，酒店特意让行李生加班。对此特别感谢。酒店风格很大气，入住时，前台很热情，细心讲解。到房间有热腾腾的牛奶。衷心推荐

我住过的体验最好的酒店，服务非常周到，确实让人有宾至如归的感觉，窗户外就是玉龙雪山，晚上一点声音都没有，安静舒适，连住了两晚，下次还会带爸妈过来。

这个酒店的大堂设在二楼，入住时有人带到房间，专门给我安排了雪景房，早上八点去吃的早点，转了一圈环境不错，大堂的钢琴声很好听，泳池很美。晚上的牛奶特别好喝。下次来还住这里。
