硬件和卫生状况值得称道，服务也尚可，但与国际高端连锁酒店肯定是有差距滴。房间电视和卫生间超大，我订的景观套房还有一个大阳台，天气好的时候可一睹玉龙雪山的风采。不足之处是酒店是闭合式庭院且庭院上方全部为封闭的玻璃顶，既不透气也不隔音，每天早上总有一大帮要上雪山的人从5点多种就开始大呼小叫、呼朋唤友，非常吵。还有一点，一楼的餐厅总是飘出炒菜的味道，弥漫在整个酒店内。

很干净，这个价格对应这个质量不算贵，早餐不错，那个米线挺好吃，那个酒店里面中间那个地方挺漂亮
前台的工作人员挺热情，入住有些小插曲他们很有耐心
