有地暖很赞，但对客栈人员第一印象不好，因为赶上吃饭不出来接，害我们一顿找，所以服务给4分。不过后来住宿感觉还是比较满意，朋友生病了，需要借用厨房，客栈大姐都热心帮忙，走的时候老板也送。

设施 我床头是破的看得到里面墙壁的 然后 基本上都掉了很多漆 可能我住在楼上原因 而且阳台的椅子也是坏的 马桶也是生锈的
服务挺好的 就是位置在一个高高的三十度下坡下面 大年三十拉行李从世纪华联过来没要半条命 反正行李多我是不建议住这里的 因为你到最后还得花钱叫人帮你拉上去 或者自己拉上去 大概有800米远的三十度高坡 店家也是不会帮忙的
再说卫生 有一天没打扫 真的心很累 听说是因为生意好
虽然说丽江楼上才是住人楼下是客厅 但是楼上是真的矮 如果180以上的人来肯定会很不舒服

我提前预定，订错了日期，小郭很爽快的帮我改了时间。 超级棒的客栈，环境好，安静，交通很方便。小郭和阿耀接机很准时，很健谈，气氛很好。
