此行最令大家惊喜的酒店了，硬件完全可达五星标准。卫生间超级大，标间是1.35米的床，非常适合带娃的家庭，我们房间还有个单独的衣帽间，这还是第一次遇到呢！有个超大的院子，停车非常方便，出门吃饭也方便。一开始只订了一晚，后来又加订了！餐厅宽敞明亮，早餐非常丰盛，提供现磨咖啡呢，不像有的酒店是速溶的。总之，对硬件非常满意，但软件就逊色一些。餐厅的服务员还比较热情，面带笑容，提供帮助。但前台服务员就不够热情了，办理业务时面无表情，没能让客人有宾至如归的感觉！希望能加强这方面的培训。总体而言比较满意，下次去连江旅游的首选！

1早餐很差 规定用餐时间是七点到十点 九点三十五分就已经在收摊 几乎没什么食物了 服务态度还可以 ；2不够专业的酒店团队 管理不够好 服务人员很朴实 但是不够规范；3 床太软了；4房间连冰箱都没有；5没有全身镜；6卫生纸和餐巾纸用品太差了……当然 我是建议改变 祝越来越好 不然还是会更多人选择住璟江而不是世纪鸿腾
