环境确实很好 从福州市区坐公交去北站然后331专线 总耗时一个多小时 一接近酒店就觉得环境很好 不过到大堂之后人很多 排了一会队被告知只有一个窗口可供接待 感觉这么豪华的酒店而且是入住高峰期只选用一人在前台很不合理 办理入住耗时过长 不过到了房间还是很满意的 设施都很好 温泉池也早就被打开里面有水 冷热可自调 很容易控制 除了办理入住时的不愉快 其余都很好 没有车的话交通也很方便

跟朋友一起去的 订了三间豪华大床房，一间双床房一共四间 。豪华大床房在预订成功的情况，被告知没有房间，换成了亲子房，亲子房虽然有两张床，房间很小。6个人去的，为了不扫兴，换房间的事就算了。双床房因个人原因担保金退不了，有用担保金预订房间的在此给看客提个醒，预订前一定看清楚避免损失。酒店服务态度有待进一步提高！原以为图个安静，没想服务态度差强人意啊。服务是拖延！应付！毕竟不是服务城市！
