总体上挺满意的。位置佳，很方便。房间如图，精致。网速也很快。就是隔音不大好，特别是这栋楼还有KTV，到半夜的时候会有音乐，走廊上声音也很大。还有就是，马桶的冲洗功能有些不灵活。不过整体性价比还是不赖的。
