  非常棒的一次旅行中的住宿体验，酒店新开业4个月，硬件设施很好，软件设计非常用心，前台接待到送行李至酒店房间，非常耐心细致介绍，进了房间有惊喜等待，印有我们名字的枕套和毛巾赫然醒目：欢迎回家，下午茶也很用心，有机会到连云港还选择柏港国际酒店

  酒店虽然没有星级，但是个人觉得其服务和硬件能达到五星级。前台热情，会帮把行李送到房间，也会细心提醒房间里有小台阶。房间帮免费升级了，很大，卫生好，安静，卫生间干湿分离，有浴缸，淋浴，带有自动冲洗盖的马桶。为了让人有家的感觉，毛巾和枕巾上会很贴心的印有入住人名字。酒店入住日送了酸奶和饼干。如果有外卖，酒店前台会帮送房间。房间有免费咖啡包和纯净水。酒店位于连云港市区，交通便捷，离高铁站近，周边热闹，吃饭购物便捷。早饭很好，在一楼，凭房卡早7点开始，品种多，口味好。下次有机会还会入住。
