因朋友要来港城，昨晚预定酒店，订的是今天入住，日期没有注意，订成昨天的，昨晚没有入住，酒店没有打电话询问是否要入住，拜拜浪费一晚上钱，自己是错了，可是酒店也没人提醒，还显示已经入住，请问哪里来的客人住的？难道看不到我们客人留的信息，再次确认吗

房间不错，就是楼下是马路，窗户隔音不好，车过去都能感觉得到，中央空调声音也比较大，总体环境不错，就是噪音比较大一些
