非常不愉快的经历，床单居然有污血迹，30分钟内打了3次电话都没人来换，直到忍无可忍直接冲到总台，五分钟后来了2个服务员，说是床单没洗干净，当场崩溃，蒙谁呢，没换就没换吗，我只需一个有诚意的道歉而已，承认错误就这么难吗？
后来值班经理来了，确认是床单没换，非常有诚意的道歉了。
