  今天是续住的第二天，因为满意所以选择继续。服务人员真的都非常贴心，我要剪指甲刀，直接给我送了一个指甲剪的伴手礼带，里面配的还有口罩和湿巾。服务细节很到位，入住期间送的水果也是很好吃的，下次来灌云还会继续选择👍🏻

  不愧是灌云的五星级酒店，不但硬件设施好，服务也是超五星的。大堂接待处的王晶晶工作人员，服务如微风细雨，百问不厌，耐心周到，真的是素质与专业的综合体现，所以特地拍了她的工号，给予五星好评。下次来灌云还会住皇冠👍🏻

  从外地出游回来，以前也住过这边，这次带几个朋友入住皇冠世纪酒店，停车非常方便，前台服务挺好，一直微笑服务，客服总体来说房型很大，装修豪华，干净舒适，早餐这边改变挺大的，加入很多装饰，菜品比较丰富，下次还会过来。
