1、感受——星级的价格，旅馆的享受。
2、环境——乱、差，谈不上特别脏，但也不是很干净。
3、安全——电器起火（热水壶），冒出一尺多长的火花，房间断电、后来发现衣服被烧出小洞。
4、服务——无人对起火事宜提出任何的抱歉或其他提议。
5、舒适度——吵得很，靠路边。

离步行街很近,周边吃饭方便,住的很舒适,现在在修路,坐车比较挤.

酒店其实真的算比较老的了，设施一般。光线不太好，尤其是早餐，真的大打折扣。后来看到酒店是四星级的，真的蛮诧异的。前一晚住的是隔壁的世纪缘，这个酒店真的蛮好的，对得起它五星级的标准。因为没有单间才换到银城的。希望好好改进吧！
