每天都有水果一份，早餐竟然还是那些品种，牛奶没喝到；前台业务素质有待提高，人站着她对面不理不睬，一个劲给电话里面的人指路，旁边一个空着的工作人员也不接上来开房；收拾房间的阿姨对人很温和，房间内卫生情况一般。

数年前来入住过，当时对这家宾馆印象很好，干净整洁，装修风格古色古香的，很满意。所以虽然很久没来茌平住了，这次还是依然预订了这家酒店。这次的感觉就一般般了，前台的服务态度不冷不热的，餐厅服务员的态度倒是都不错的；房间的装潢还是保持得不错的，可惜洗手间就差了很多，水龙头、喷淋头都开始老化，下水道与冲淋房的密封性水平都下降了不少，建议改进。

早餐还可以，也行起得太晚了，好多菜不是很热。酒店设施不错，据说是当地最高级的酒店了，交通方便，地理位置很好。
