该酒店服务真是让我佩服。下午两点定的早晨七点就可以入住的订单 三点到酒店让我等着说没有净房 第二天续住订单莫名其妙就没有。 第二天两点让续住我说查一下我的订单我已经定了。到晚上十点多才说查不到 严重影响客人休息。十点多才说让我换房间。传达信息可以说每次都是打两次电话催着才能送到。 我就不相信你们顺和铂顿酒店就应该这样。
