  房间乾净整洁，景色也很好，早餐丰富，适合带家人来住宿，小张和小雷客服非常好热情帮我升级了房型。我们还做了摩天轮??感受聊城景色。

  整体入住过程非常满意，前台服务周到又体贴，装修非常大气，地理位置也很方便，从房间可以看到远处东昌湖的景色??。大堂还有可爱的小鹦鹉！总的来説很值得入住，去哪里打车都很方便，距离也不远。

  服务：非常感谢房间客服人员，非常体贴暖心，细节到位！非常愉快的入住体验。 环境：在房间可以鸟瞰东昌湖美景，很棒！ 设施：有点老旧，能接受。空调太给力，热得不用开都可以。

  首先酒店装修很大气，服务很好，天气很冷，一进门去前台小姐姐就给端来姜茶。因为订的房间只有边边上的房间了，然后我当时的要求是不想要边上的房间，前台小姐姐直接就给做了升级。住的两天每天都会送一盒水果过去，房间一进门完全闻不到一点异味儿，而且空气清新，房间很亮堂。楼层刷卡坐电梯也很安全，真的非常推荐。
