在聊城宾馆里面，这家属于稍微贵一些的，本以为也要稍微好一些。但是实际与期望相差甚远。
房间里面充满烟味，可是明明写着无烟房，无烟房房间里面却摆着烟灰缸。
本身是商务酒店，但是wifi信号极不稳定。
预订这个酒店的豪华套房，特别看重大浴缸，但是一是浴缸是塑料的，二是没有使用说明，按开关之后就是轰隆隆的响声，让客房阿姨来看，阿姨说她也不会用，并且之前从来没有客人使用过。
房间卫生也有待改善，茶室桌上腿上都是灰尘，椅子腿也有断掉的。房间电话线上全是灰尘。
早餐的餐具看服务员就在门口摆了几个盆子进行清洗。不要求菜品多么丰富，但是盘子上却是脏的。
期间要求过大堂经理过来处理，可是除了换房她也没有什么好办法，带着孩子换房很不方便。聊城人民确实很朴实，服务态度也挺好。只是酒店卫生和硬件太需要改善了。酒店的性价比实在是太低。
