酒店的自来水又苦又涩，淋沐浴喷头出水不畅通，锈迹斑斑。糟糕的是下午3点停电，直到晚上七点半才来电，这期间没有发电机。楼道里黑洞洞。晚上来电不是全面恢复，电梯间里没有灯。酒店方面没有应急措施，也没有向客人说句道歉的话。宾馆里在装修，电梯里设置了防撞木板，一番工地景象。餐厅因为装修不能正常营业，不可以点单，只能点包饭。
15日离店时没有发票，说是次日可以开，但是次日上午电话说还是没有发票。要我留下了邮寄地址。19日早上，我发短信催促办理情况，半天没有回复。不知道咋回事。

自来水管出来砂子很多，又苦又涩。14日下午三点停电一直到晚上七点半，楼道漆黑，连个应急灯都没有。次日退房没有发票，告诉我周六可以补开。但是周六上午又说还是没有，要我留下地址快递给我。19日我发短信催促发票，不理我了。
