刚开始的房间门锁坏的，找了服务员帮忙给换了一间房，隔音效果不是很好，隔壁语音都可以听见，酒店环境及位置不错，早餐一般吧

这是第二次春节回老家过年住了，酒店应该是临清目前软硬件最好的了，每年春节酒店周围的灯展真心的不错，酒店服务很好！早歺么在春节期间也就没什么可挑剔的了！以后回老家还住这里！停车场大很好停也很安全！

帮国外客户定的房间，接到客人退房去机场，前台查房说污染了浴巾，还有房间的茶叶盒丢了需要赔偿，说是外国客人比较喜欢拿走做纪念，WHAT? 送给客人的精美包装礼盒的茶叶，客人都因为嫌包装太大不好携带而丢掉包装只带茶叶，会拿酒店的一茶叶罐？明知道不可能但也不能因为几十块的赔偿费而跟客人对质，果断赔偿，退房走人。
