两年前来过一次这个酒店，当时印象特别好！物美价廉。服务好，设施新，地理位置更是没得挑，出了辽阳火车站就是。这次来非常失望！前台两个女服务员，穿黑衣服的还干点活，那个穿白衣服有点耸肩膀的女的好像有点**。站在那里晃来晃去不干活，除了收两百元押金，给那押金验钞外基本就是一个配搭。一共没有几个顾客的情况下我等了十多分钟，气得我找她理论才给我办了手续！要不还不知道得等到什么时候！当今社会好多人出门都只带手机不带现金了，奇葩的是这里押金只收现金不可以微信或支付宝支付！有个女孩来住店没有现金，让她去找人兑换现金！房间很大，车站稍微有点吵，尤其是有车进站的时候。中央空调不知道怎么回事特别闷热，除了站在通风口下房间里基本没有风，晚上还好，白天就有点冒汗。头天晚上入住，因天气炎热也不想再拎包换地方，第二天早上打算续房的时候被告知不能续房，而且八点必须退房！因为酒店有啥活动。网页上明明写的是十二点退房的啊！要换大床房得下午两点后才能有房！那从八点到下午两点大热天我去哪儿呆着？没办法只能赶紧再找地方！这服务真是白瞎了这么好的旅店！
