国庆期间去荔波，订的都市花园中央城店，酒店恶意取消定单，涨价，携程客服很好，沟通后帮我们订的这里，补了差价，还不错。

差评！以后再也不在同程定酒店了！同一订单两个房间，只给定成功了一个(含保险24元)，因为一行五个大人一个小孩不够住，要求同程退房，反复联系说酒店不给退，后要求保险赔房费，同程反复推诿，电话来回转接从客服到酒店服务部又到保险理赔部，转接无数次之后只答应赔付一半房费，实在无奈，联系酒店要求再定一个房间，第一次说300多的没有了让定400多的，定了400多的以后打电话去确认又说没有了让定500多的，最终只有去酒店当面协商给了一个所谓的优惠价498，勉强入住以后，晚上两次要求前台拿纸，一直到第二天退房都没拿！总结就是，无奈无奈各种无奈！！！

房间很大，也很安静，旁边就是公安局，更安全。据说附近有牛肉粉，豆花面，等会儿起床后一定要去尝一尝。。
