马桶盖子是坏的，卫生纸也没有给，环境不错，离小吃街步行5分钟吧，房间也不小，就是服务不怎么样，一开始要开发票，拒绝了，说我网上订的，不能开发票，这是什么道理？就说了前台服务员，才勉强给开

马桶堵塞，地毯毛巾很脏。有些房间wifi搜不到，要求换房，骗人说没房了。离店的时候还给脸色。比后来住的不远处的印象庄园酒店差远了。卫生间地板很滑，老人小孩住的话，非常危险。房间连瓶矿泉水都没有，员工根本完全没有一点服务意识！！！
