升级了套间，二室二厅，家庭出游好用。但停燃气，没错，是用燃气，没热水。客厅空调跳闸二次，装修布线问题。

酒店周围在施工，到酒店只能排队通过一个单边放行的小桥。然后酒店的早餐很一般很一般，面档那里连碗绍子都没有。房间空调等于摆设。室内游泳池很小，而且我去的时候还停电了。当天晚上停了三四次电。酒店说是利川全城都在抢修，可是我看对面的楼全都亮着。最后就是地下停车场设计很不合理，很多很窄的直角弯。

非常糟糕的入住体验。五星的酒店，尽然连热水都不能包证，几个晚上都不得不洗冷水澡。半夜会突然停电。空调，电灯全停。电视也是时有时无。住过很多酒店，从来没碰到过如此事故频发的酒店，让整个本应很休闲的旅行变得整天提心吊胆，不知道还会有什么状况。
