酒店设施还行，就是管理不善，订单结帐老出错。晚上有蚊子，由于套房房间大，要求加一个灭蚊器也不肯。

给朋友订的，闹得很不愉快，原因是到了后，酒店说没有收到订单，没有留房间，艺龙客服也联系不上。前台说同等价格房间没有了，后来自己加钱住进去，晚上艺龙跟酒店核实后，酒店又说订单找到了同等价格还有最后一间(无语)。但是结帐的时候，价格高于预订价，以至于又找对方确认订单，耽搁半个多小时才退房。还有就是交押金的时候，刷银行卡开押金条，交现金就不给任何凭据，前台反复说她记着的，不会搞错，但就是不给凭据。
