位于利川老城区，旁边有一家大型商场，购物方便，酒店设施较新，早餐品种丰富，面条好吃。相对于18线小县城，酒店价格较高，总体性价比不算很高。

硬件还行，比较宽敞，县级市这个性价比较低。服务水平差，总有点人手不够忙不过来的感觉，前天开个票要20多分钟，还得在不同柜台处理，办事慢悠悠的。
