没有见过这么野蛮的四星级酒店，因为差评，明确指出服务态度恶劣前台，既然打电话威胁，作为服务行业，不仅没有丝毫的歉意，还不分青红皂白的反咬一口，真不明白好评是怎么来的，住房请慎重！
